There was a lot to like about the 2017 Ridgefest, on Sept. 9.
The free, all-ages event celebrated Wheat Ridge's history, and its present through diverse offerings like a classic car show, an artisan marketplace, craft beer and live Bluegrass music.
New this year was an art chalk competition that helped decorate the sidewalks of Stevens Elementary, where the event was held.
