Free Community Fitness Class

Every month on the Second Saturday we open the house to show you all we have to offer. This combo class includes yoga, kickboxing and strength training. Beginner friendly--come in for a 15 minute intro for the basics on kickboxing at 9 am. Class will start at 9:15 and go for 75 minutes! The perfect way to start your weekend!
